Gibbons Whistler’s Stonesedge Kitchen is seeking an energetic Bartender to craft exceptional cocktails and deliver memorable guest experiences in a lively Whistler setting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and cocktail preparation.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Take beverage orders from servers or guests.
• Mix and serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Process payments and record sales accurately.
• Maintain and track bar inventory, restocking as needed.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware.
• Perform opening duties: set up bar, prep garnishes, ensure equipment is clean.
• Perform closing duties: clean, secure bar, ensure tasks are complete.
• Promote and sell Après Passes and TAG experiences to guests.
• Follow provincial liquor laws and regulations.
• Other duties as reasonably directed.

Your Days Will Look Like

• Take beverage orders from servers or directly from guests.
• Mix and serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Process payments and accurately record sales.
• Maintain and track bar inventory, restocking as needed.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware.
• Perform opening duties as needed, including setting up the bar, stocking garnishes, prepping ingredients, and ensuring all equipment is clean and operational.
• Perform closing duties as needed, including cleaning, securing the bar, and ensuring all tasks are completed before leaving.
• Promote and sell Après Passes and TAG experiences to guests.
• Follow all provincial/territorial liquor laws and regulations.
• Other duties as reasonably directed.
