Pickford and Black is a high-volume restaurant located on the waterfront of downtown Halifax. Our Kitchen team strives to use the best of what the Maritimes has to offer to create a delicious menu that incorporates not only amazing fresh seafood, but also farm-fresh local produce, meats, and poultry.

As a Bartender, You Will

1. Advise guests regarding the contents of drinks, cocktails, and beer - share your knowledge of our products
2. Take orders from guests, ensuring accuracy and prompt service
3. Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
4. Relay menu items and products to provide optimum guest service
5. Enforce provincial liquor legislation and regulations
6. Clean draft beer system, bar area and glassware
7. Provide seamless guest service while ensuring they have a memorable experience by providing timely service with an upbeat personality
8. Work alongside the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere
