Job summary

Germain Hotels is seeking a Bartender who blends interpersonal skills with a passion for crafting drinks and delivering outstanding guest service at the bar.

You will recommend, prepare and serve beverages to guests, keep work areas clean and organized, comply with health regulations, and discuss beer, wine, or cocktails while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years' experience behind a bar.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical condition: able to stand for hours and lift up to 50 lb.
• Knowledge of restaurant cash register systems.

Responsibilities

• Recommend, prepare and serve beverages and food to guests' taste, providing excellent customer service.
• Ensure that bar supplies are optimized and comply with health and safety requirements.
• Ensure that the working environment and equipment are kept clean and well organized.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
