Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Bar Team Leader to oversee smooth and professional bar and food service for our guests. In this key role, you’ll lead by example, supporting day-to-day operations, providing staff training, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. As a key part of the team, you'll also bring your mixology skills to the forefront, creating memorable drinks and experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the team to provide outstanding service and a memorable experience.
• Train and mentor staff on service procedures, helping them maximize sales and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene standards with regular cleaning schedules and effective stock management.
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing regulations and RSA certification.
• Create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere for all guests, while showcasing your mixology expertise.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in bar service within a hotel or restaurant setting, with demonstrated leadership and mixologyskills
• Exceptional focus on guest needs, maintaining calmness and courtesy under all circumstances
• Proven ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment while leading a team
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills, fostering a collaborative and cohesive work environment
• Possession of Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and holidays
