The GAIN Group of Companies has an exciting opportunity for you to drive your career in a new direction. We are looking for a highly motivated Client Relationship Team Lead to join our diverse group of companies and deliver exceptional experience.

As a Client Relationship Team Lead, you will lead a diverse team of people who combine data analysis, collaborationand team leadership to engage clients with the aim of increasing sales opportunities, improving client retention and boost vehicle acquisition. Working alongside General Managers, Sales Managers, and Marketing, you’ll turn insights into action, driving appointments, trade-ins, and long-term loyalty.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Coordinate with the dealership on their specific campaigns
  • Set daily call lists and ensure team KPIs are met
  • Identify target clients using CRM, DMS, and finance tools
  • Support used inventory sourcing through proactive contact
  • Ensure every client receives at least one meaningful annual touchpoint
  • Track campaign effectiveness and conversion metrics
  • Deliver monthly reports and appointment insights to dealerships

Requirements:

  • A natural leader who can coach a team and collaborate across departments
  • A passion for delivering personalized, premium experiences
  • 3+ years in client relationship, client engagement, or data-driven roles — ideally in automotive, hospitality, or luxury services
  • Experience using platforms such as CDK, One Eighty, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar is preferred
  • Strong Excel and CRM reporting skills
