Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable service by recognizing and anticipating guest needs.
• Take and serve beverage orders promptly and efficiently.
• Set up bars with juices, garnishes, mats and glassware.
• Stock, clean bars, dispose of garbage, clean floors and refrigerators, and wash glassware.
• Work safely in line with OH&S policies and legislation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift 30–50 lbs and push/pull up to 60 lbs repeatedly.
• Work as a team under high-volume, stressful conditions.
• Thorough knowledge of casino activities and promotions.
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation.

The job involves:

• Providing remarkable service, by recognizing and anticipating guest’s needs
• Taking and serving guest beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Setting up bars with juices, garnishes, mats and glassware
• Stocking and wiping down bars, emptying garbages, cleaning floors and refrigerators, and washing glassware
• Working safely and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Lifting up to 30 – 50 lbs; pushing and pulling weight up to 60 lbs repetitively throughout your shift
• Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels
• Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation
