Responsibilities

• Serving food and beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) to guests at scheduled events.
• Bussing of assigned table areas.
• Setting up service for coffee breaks, meals or bar service for meetings.
• Assisting with clean up and tear down upon completion of events.
• Communicating with the banquet captains.
• Following specific instructions and directions.
• Standing and walking for long hours.
• Lifting 10 lbs on a regular basis with a maximum up to 25 lbs.
• Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties.
• Working independently and in a team environment.
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation.
