Job summary

Hotel Arts Group is seeking enthusiastic Banquet Servers to join our hospitality team in Calgary, Alberta. The role focuses on guest service, banquet setup, and delivering exceptional experiences at events.

Candidates should bring at least two years in F&B, hold Alberta ProServe certification, and be prepared to work flexible hours including weekends and shifts that start in the morning or end at close. Excellent communication and customer service are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food & beverage with banquet service knowledge.
• Must have Alberta ProServe Certification.
• Flexible hours; weekends, mornings and closing shifts as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Able to multi-task and handle competing priorities.
• Walking and standing for most shifts.

• Must be able to multi-task and handle competing priorities.
• Walking and standing are required for most parts of the shift.
