Responsibilities

• Direct and control events in the facility to a high standard while following company policies.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentorship for the event team.
• Manage guest inquiries, create event quotes, invoices, and address guest complaints.
• Attend weekly EO meetings with the Chef & Event Manager to ensure culinary excellence.
• Oversee event execution, including setup of event rooms, porters, and quality control of food and facilities.
• Step in as Event Manager as needed due to illness or vacation.
