Responsabilités

• Lead event supervision and execution to ensure flawless service
• Direct floor staff and ensure proper uniform and guest service
• Coordinate with event hosts/ coordinators and address questions promptly
• Oversee room setups, AV and bar preparations for events
• Manage scheduling and labor costs efficiently
• Handle contracts, invoicing, and client communications
• Provide feedback and coaching to banquet team
• Maintain cleanliness, setup, and maintenance of rooms during service
• Foster positive team morale and leadership presence
