Qualifications

• University graduate degree required.
• 2–4 years of administrative experience.
• Banking/financial experience required.
• Estate or legal document review.
• Microsoft 365 proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provides broad operational support and processing activities for Operations & Technology.
• Supports partner relationships and maintains service levels and CEI targets.
• Reports to a Team Manager within the team structure.
• Contributes to customer experience and loyalty in every interaction.
• Ensure processing and inquiries meet service level goals.
• Identify risks and escalate as needed.
• Follow bank codes of conduct and audit guidelines.
• Apply process improvements and new technology.
• Ensure due diligence for transaction accuracy.
