Job summary

BeachHead is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop engaging banking education across multiple locations. You will design, develop and deliver multifaceted training programs for credit centers, partnering with stakeholders to ensure effective learning solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in instructional design within corporate or financial environments, proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, and experience with Powtoon for video content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional design experience in corporate/financial settings.
• Proficient with MS Office to create clear, engaging materials.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360).
• Experience creating video-based content with Powtoon.
• Strong PM skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality content independently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning objectives and needs.
• Design and develop blended learning, including eLearning modules and multimedia content.
• Create presentations for senior management and ensure accessibility and inclusion.
• Lead multiple projects, plan scoping, and maintain learner satisfaction.
• Continuously update content with industry best practices and trends.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Document progress and communicate issues to stakeholders.
