Qualifications

• Strong expertise in plain language content and communication.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience developing WCAG/Accessibility compliant content.
• Proven ability to obtain regulatory approvals.
• Willingness to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Self-motivated, flexible, organized, and accountable.
• Passion for impactful experience design.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.
• Public Site experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute future-state and near-term cross-channel content experiences.
• Write, edit, and proofread high-quality, user-centered content.
• Ensure programs, policies, and practices comply with standards while aligning with business priorities.
• Apply user-centered design methodologies to create accessible and customer-focused content.
• Collaborate with Experience Design Leads, Product Owners, and engineers to deliver optimal solutions for users.
• Lead content design projects, supporting presentations and communication strategies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert within cross-functional initiatives.
