Are you a passionate UX Designer ready to innovate? Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for aUX Content Designer-Banking. This position involves creating engaging and accessible content experiences across multiple platforms, contributing to innovative design solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Pay rate range (CAD): $76.70/hr– $92.04/hr

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute future-state and near-term cross-channel content experiences
• Write, edit, and proofread high-quality, user-centered content
• Ensure programs, policies, and practices comply with internal and external standards while aligning with business priorities
• Apply user-centered design methodologies to create accessible and customer-focused content
• Participate across all product development phases, including ideation, user research, planning, and post-launch evaluation
• Collaborate with Experience Design Leads, Product Owners, and engineers to deliver optimal solutions for users
• Manage sensitive correspondence and information with discretion and escalated issues when appropriate
• Maintain compliance with relevant internal and external requirements (financial controls, transaction approvals, etc.)
• Contribute as a content design expert within cross-functional initiatives, helping identify risks and provide guidance
• Lead content design projects, supporting the development and delivery of presentations and communication strategies
• Serve as a subject matter expert, offering advice and solutions within the broader organizational context
• Analyze complex problems, synthesizing inputs from multiple stakeholders to develop effective solutions
• Execute tasks independently from end to end, aligning with project leads and stakeholders
