Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following procedures and TD policies.
• Understand customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalate non-standard issues as needed.
• Achieve goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes timely and accurately.
• Engage with customers to provide clear explanations on banking solutions and processes.
• Contribute to a positive, diverse and equitable work environment and support team performance.
• Keep colleagues updated on status of routine activities and support operational improvements.
