Job summary

TD Bank Group is seeking a Customer Experience Associate in Salmon Arm, BC. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and advise customers on suitable banking solutions to foster positive experiences.

The role requires a High School diploma, 1+ years of experience, and strong MS Office skills. You’ll work to meet goals while promoting TD banking solutions and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Hands on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Dynamic communicator with calm, courteous, effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per procedures.
• Assess customer needs to recommend banking solutions.
• Respond and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures; escalate when needed.
• Achieve goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.
• Engage with customers to provide clear guidance on solutions and processes.
• Support team efforts and contribute to a positive, equitable work environment.
• Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.
