Job summary

TD Bank Group in Dauphin, Manitoba is hiring for a customer service–focused associate to process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments. You will identify customer needs and promote appropriate banking solutions while upholding TD's code of conduct.

In this role, you will be expected to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all customer interactions. The position requires a High School diploma with 1+ years of relevant experience; MS Office skills are expected, and an undergraduate degree

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong administrative, organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per procedures and TD's ethics.
• Understand customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures.
• Promote banking solutions to achieve goals and complete processes accurately.
• Interact with customers to explain solutions clearly and concisely.
• Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment.
• Keep teammates updated on routine activities and assist with operations improvements.
