Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency expected.
• Strong administrative, planning and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) per procedures and TD Code of Conduct.
• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions accordingly.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalate when needed.
• Achieve goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately.
• Build positive customer relationships and promote operational excellence.
