Job summary

The Toronto-Dominion Bank in Courtenay, BC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to handle a broad range of banking transactions and provide information and advice to customers. You will process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and respond to inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.

You will build relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable financial solutions, while adhering to TD's conduct standards and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
• A go-getter with initiative, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication with customers.
