Job summary

Pursuit in Banff is hiring for a casual, seasonal role as a PAC Retail & Booking expert. Based at Elk & Avenue Hotel PAC store and the Cave and Basin Gift Shop, you will deliver friendly service, assist with retail sales and adventure bookings, and help guests plan itineraries across Banff attractions.

This spring/summer 2026 position is part-time, on-site, with a starting wage of 18.00/hour. Prior hospitality experience is valued and flexibility is key.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment during peak periods.
• Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and customized service while maintaining a welcoming store environment.
• Support retail sales and guest bookings to help plan itineraries across Banff, Golden and Jasper attractions.
• Provide accurate, engaging, and personalized recommendations for in-town experiences and adventures.
• Process sales transactions and exchanges with attention to detail.
