Wonderbrands in Mississauga, ON is hiring a Mixer to join our growing bakery team. You will set up mixers, weigh ingredients, and monitor temperatures, recording batches in SAP. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and working a 5:00am – 5:00pm shift in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with dough mixing or as a mixer preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with OSHA, HACCP and GMPs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up bulk computer system for required delivery of ingredients as per formulation.
• Accurately scales hand-added ingredients as per formulation, including re-work.
• Set Mixer for required mixing and refrigeration times.
• Assist Operator in setting up proper controls for Divider as per product specifications and SOPs.
• Set up overhead proofer and reciprocating conveyor as per product requirements and SOPs.
• Record temperature checks and batch data in SAP and batching sheets.
