Job summary

Give and Go Prepared Foods Corp. in Brampton is seeking a Baker Mixer to join our fast-paced, high-speed manufacturing team. Under supervision, you will mix raw materials to create finished products according to batch recipes and ensure equipment runs safely and accurately.

Day Shift: 7am to 3pm. You will review batch documents, stage ingredients, monitor quality, follow GMPs and Health & Safety, and assist with changeovers and clean-up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience; food manufacturing experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and review documentation for batches.
• Stage and prepare ingredients for blends according to batch sheets.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and maintain cleaning protocols.
• Adhere to Food Safety, GMPs and Health & Safety requirements.
• Monitor product quality and safety against specs.
• Follow recipes to produce batches and feed production lines.
• Enter mix records accurately into the computer.
• Assist with changeovers and equipment sanitation.
