Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience designing, developing and launching backend systems in Python or Kotlin.
• Familiar with distributed systems and technologies like AWS, Kafka, Flink and Kubernetes.
• Ability to own a problem from concept to end-to-end solution and write clean, well-tested code.
• Comfortable navigating large codebases and performing code reviews.
• Demonstrates growth mindset and proactive feedback-seeking.
• Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate with a global team.
• Equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Break down projects into tasks and deliver in phases with timely delivery.
