Job summary

Guillevin in St-Thomas, Ontario is seeking an Inside Sales Representative on a part-time, hourly basis. The role focuses on a known customer base, fast-paced environment, and daytime Mon–Fri hours.

You will handle requests through multiple channels, provide customer solutions, and contribute to sales growth while collaborating with outside sales and other departments. The ideal candidate has B2B sales experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset to deliver

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize customer requests via email, phone and online sales.

• Maximize sales and suggest alternative and complementary products.
• Work with outside sales and other departments; maintain product knowledge.
• Negotiate prices and terms when required.
