Job summary

Manufacturing Co. is hiring a motivated Field Sales Representative to cover Ottawa, Toronto, and other parts of Ontario. This full-time, in-person position involves meeting restaurant owners, explaining products, and building long-term relationships across a defined territory.

You will start with a guaranteed $25/hour base plus commission potential, with mileage reimbursement for approved travel. Training and ongoing coaching are provided.

Qualifications

• Outside/field sales experience is preferred.
• Hospitality/restaurant experience welcomed.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit restaurants and prospective business customers within your assigned territory.
• Introduce and explain the company's products and services.
• Build relationships with owners, managers, and decision-makers.
• Develop new business opportunities through in-person prospecting.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Work independently across the assigned territory.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, conversations, and sales activity.
• Meet established sales and performance expectations.
• Participate in training, coaching, and sales meetings as required.
