Oxford Learning Kanata & Stittsville is seeking an Education Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison for clients, manage accounts, and coordinate student programs. This in-person role requires commuting to the Kanata/Stittsville location and involves collaboration with staff, teachers, parents, and students to drive student success.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong customer service and project management skills, and proficiency with CRM tools.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; French an asset.
• Strong customer service and sales skills with ability to build rapport with kids and parents.
• Experience in project management and data-driven decision making.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Manage client accounts, onboarding new clients and maintaining ongoing relationships.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful completion of client projects.
• Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
• Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and project progress.
• Assessing and programming students, student report writing and delivery.
