Job summary

Full-Time Education Coordinator Wanted
Oxford Learning Stittsville and Kanata are searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented Education Coordinator to join our dynamic team between both locations. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while fostering strong relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Job Details

This role is in-person and requires commuting to either location. Relocation packages are not available. Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Manage client accounts, including onboarding new clients and maintaining ongoing relationships.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful completion of client projects.
  • Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track client interactions and project progress.
  • Assess, program students, and write and deliver student reports.
Education
  • Completion of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • French is an asset.
Experience
  • Strong customer service and sales skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients, kids, and parents.
  • Excellent written communication skills (reporting, client communications, etc.).
  • Experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including student assessment and programming.
  • Proficient in analyzing data to drive decisions and improve client satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of education services is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, emphasizing clarity and professionalism.

Job Type

$22.00 to $24.00 per hour.
