Job summary

Teleperformance Canada is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to drive the rollout of a digital marketing advertising solution for North American markets in partnership with Pinterest. You will engage Pinterest customers via phone, video, and email, schedule meetings with advertising consultants, and manage opportunities in Salesforce.

The role offers a hybrid work model with a base salary of CAD 51,000 plus a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in B2B Sales environment preferred.
• Direct B2B / Agency Ads sales experience preferred.
• Ability to educate advertisers on solutions and campaigns.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and reporting for KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Speak with Pinterest Customers to schedule meetings with advertising consultants.
• Email Pinterest Customers to assist with advertising goals and schedule meetings.
• Maintain and update CRM with sales opportunities (Salesforce).
• Identify process improvements to increase meetings booked and lead quality.
• Deliver on KPIs in a KPI-driven environment.
• Build relationships with advertisers from outbound data sources.
