Job summary

Triple M Metal LP is seeking an AZ Driver to be stationed at 61 Balzer Ave, Kitchener, ON. The role involves transporting materials, operating Roll-off or Lugger trucks, and maintaining safety and punctuality in schedules.

We require an AZ license with air brake endorsement, a CVOR and drivers abstract with minimal demerit points, and experience with 13/18-speed manual transmissions. Two years roll-off experience preferred, with a background check required.

Qualifications

• Valid AZ license with Air Brake endorsement.
• CVOR and Driver's Abstract with minimal demerit points.
• Experience with 13- and/or 18-speed manual transmission.
• Two years of Roll-off truck driving experience preferred.
• Professional communication skills (verbal/written) with a positive attitude.
• Applicant must pass a criminal background check with no adverse findings.

Responsibilities

• Operate AZ (manual transmission) as assigned (Tractor, Roll-Off and Lugger Truck).
• Transport materials using efficient routes.
• Ensure safety and security of cargo.
• Interact professionally with internal and external customers.
• Accurate completion of driver logs.
• Complete inspection reports (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip).
• Perform other transportation duties as assigned by management.

We are currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of AZ Driver The position will be stationed at our 61 Balzer Ave, Kitchener, ON. This position will be responsible for transporting goods to and from assigned locations while adhering to time schedules in a timely manner, while operating assigned Roll-off or Lugger trucks in a safe, efficient and effective manner while adhering to the rules and regulations of the road. Day Shift:

• Monday to Friday: 7am - 4:00 pm (Overtime as required).
• Weekends as required.

What we expect you to do:

• Operate AZ (manual transmission) as assigned (Tractor, Roll-Off and Lugger Truck);

• Ensure safety and security of cargo;
• Professional presentation and interaction with internal and external customers;
• Accurate completion of driver logbook;
• Accurate completion of Inspection reports (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip);
• Other transportation duties as assigned by manager.

You have:

• Must exhibit Triple M Metal LP's Core Values of Respect, Ethics, Service, Team and Pride.
• Valid AZ License with Air Brake (Z) Endorsement;
• Have a CVOR and Drivers Abstract with minimal demerit points and/or reported incidents;
• Experience with 13,and/or 18 speed manual transmission
• Possess a proven ability to demonstrate professional communication skills (verbal/written) with a positive attitude.
• Two years of Roll-off Truck Driving experience preferred
