Job summary

MotorHub Automotive Group in Truro, NS, is seeking an Automotive Technician/Apprentice for Blaikie's Dodge Chrysler. This full-time role offers daytime hours with no evenings or weekends and opportunities for hands-on learning in a dealership setting.

You'll diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles, collaborate with a service team, and engage customers while upholding safety and quality standards. Training and growth are supported by our NS Apprenticeship Program.

Qualifications

• Solid mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Current Automotive Service Technician with dealership experience a plus.
• Red Seal Certification is an asset.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and solid work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
• Diagnose issues and determine required repairs.
• Communicate findings with Service Advisors and customers.
• Stay current with training and product knowledge.
• Follow all safety and company standards.
• Manage time efficiently and deliver professional service.
