Overview:
As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure their optimal performance and appearance. You will work in a dynamic environment, utilizing your expertise in automotive technology and craftsmanship to deliver high-quality service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Inspection and Diagnosis:
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic issues
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint problems accurately
- Repair and Maintenance:
- Repair and replace damaged mechanical components, such as suspension systems, brakes, exhaust systems, occupant restraint systems, heating and cooling systems, etc
- Technical Expertise:
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques
- Interpret technical manuals and specifications to execute repairs effectively
- Troubleshoot complex issues and develop innovative solutions to ensure vehicle safety and performance

. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other technicians and staff members to streamline workflow and maximize efficiency
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate tasks and prioritize workload
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment by sharing knowledge and assisting team members as needed
Requirements
Education, Experience and Other Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Technician, with a strong background in automotive repair
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, equipment, and software systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Certification from a recognized automotive technical program or equivalent experience preferred.
