OK Tire & Auto Service in the Halifax area is hiring Automotive Service Advisors to join our teams at multiple Metro Halifax locations. You will be the link between customers and technicians, explaining maintenance, preparing estimates, and ensuring a smooth service experience from drop-off to pickup.

The ideal candidate has prior service advisor experience, strong automotive knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is required, with at least one year preferred.
• Strong automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Experience using automotive point-of-sale or shop management software is considered an asset.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in communicating repair recommendations, estimates, and maintenance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy service environment.
