Qualifications

• 1–3 years proven experience as a Service Advisor or sales/customer service rep.
• Secondary School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP systems (CDK/Reynolds) and CRM systems.
• Ability to sell vehicle maintenance.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Sell recommended and required vehicle repair/maintenance.
• Serve as liaison between customer and service technician.
• Explain nature of vehicle maintenance and costs.
• Advise customers on how to look after the vehicle and maintenance importance.
• Schedule appointments and provide status updates on repairs.
