Job summary

Pfaff Subaru in Guelph, Ontario is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative to greet customers, explain vehicle features, and close sales. You will deliver vehicles and ensure customers understand operating features, warranties, and paperwork.

The role offers opportunities for growth within a dealer group known for employee development. Ideal candidates have OMVIC licensing, a valid driver’s license, and strong interpersonal and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Automotive luxury vehicle sales experience preferred, but not required.
• 1-3 years experience in a similar role preferred.
• Valid OMVIC licensed.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.
• Exceptional sales skills and a commitment to sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance or direction in the showroom or lot.
• Generate positive impressions by serving customers in a friendly, professional, and prompt manner.
• Provide customers with explanations of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to arrival.
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring understanding of features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as required by the Sales Manager to ensure dealership operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and offering assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or lot.

Earnings potential: $60,000-$110,000+ based on ability to sell effectively and meet individual performance goals
