Pfaff Subaru in Guelph, Ontario, seeks a Receptionist to greet customers, answer calls, and assist visitors with a helpful, professional demeanor. The role reports to the Sales Manager and is based onsite at the Pfaff Subaru dealership.

A 8-hour shift, full-time schedule is expected, with compensation of CAD 19.57 per hour. Ideal candidates bring 1+ years in reception or admin within automotive settings, familiarity with licensing, CDK, and 180, and strong MS Office and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, dealership, or related role.
• Experience with licensing, CDK, and 180 is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Acceptable driver’s abstract and a valid driver’s license in your province of residence.

Responsibilities

You will report to the Sales Manager and work with the team onsite within the dealership.

What You’ll Do
