Pfaff Automotive Partners – Woodbridge Hyundai in Woodbridge, ON seeks an Automotive Sales Representative to join onsite sales team. You will greet customers, guide them through the buying journey, and ensure they understand vehicle features, warranties, and paperwork.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales targets, and building lasting client relationships while contributing to the dealership’s success and growth with Pfaff Automotive Partners.

Qualifications

• Automotive vehicle sales experience.
• 1+ years experience in a similar role.
• Valid OMVIC License.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.
• Sales skills and a commitment to sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist or direct them in the dealership showroom or lot.
• Generate positive impressions during shopping and buying experiences.
• Provide explanations of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to arrival.
• Deliver vehicle to customers and ensure understanding of features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as required by the Sales Manager.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and offering assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or lot.
• Generate positive impressions during the shopping and buying experiences by serving customers in a friendly, professional, and prompt manner.
• Provide customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival.
• Deliver vehicle to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as required by the Sales Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.

What You’ll Bring:

• Automotive vehicle sales experience
• 1+ years experience in a similar role
