Job summary

Pfaff Automotive Partners is hiring an Automotive Sales Consultant at Bolton Ford in Bolton, ON. You will build customer relationships, share your passion for cars, and help clients find their dream vehicles.

Role involves greeting customers, explaining processes, preparing vehicles for delivery, and delivering the car with a clear briefing on features and paperwork. Strong sales focus and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a sales role preferred.
• Active OMVIC license is required.
• Valid driver's license and clean abstract preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in showroom or lot.
• Explain manufacturer/service procedures and policies to customers.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery and hand over to customers with a clear brief.
• Deliver vehicles and ensure buyer understands features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Support Sales Manager to ensure dealership operations run smoothly.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and offeringassistanceor direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or lot.
• Generate positive impressions during the shopping and buying experiences by serving customers in a friendly, professional, and prompt manner.
• Provide customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival.
• Deliver vehicle to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as required by the Sales Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Automotive vehicle sales experiencepreferred,butnotrequired.
• 1-3years experiencein a similar role preferred.
• Valid OMVIC licensed
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbalandwritten) and customer service skills.
• Exceptional sales skills and a commitment tosales objectives.
