Pfaff Automotive Partners in Markham, ON is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to welcome guests, understand their needs, and guide them to BMW or MINI vehicles. You will present vehicles, coordinate test drives, and handle delivery with a focus on a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred; luxury automotive experience is an asset.
• 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid OMVIC licence and a clean driver’s abstract.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide professional assistance in showroom or lot.
• Create a positive customer experience throughout vehicle shopping and purchasing.
• Build relationships by identifying needs and recommending BMW/MINI vehicles.
• Demonstrate features, technology, options, and benefits to customers.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives, explain procedures and paperwork.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery and ensure all requirements are completed.
• Deliver vehicles and explain operating features, warranty information, and paperwork.
• Maintain follow-up with customers for ongoing relationships and future sales.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide professional assistance to guests entering the dealership showroom or lot.

• Maintain follow-up with prospective and existing customers to support ongoing relationships and future sales opportunities.
• Perform other duties as required by the Sales Manager to support the successful operation of the dealership.

What You'll Bring

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred; luxury automotive experience is considered an asset.
• 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid OMVIC licence.
• Valid Driver’s Licence and clean driver’s abstract.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
