Job summary

Woodbridge Toyota, part of Zanchin Automotive Group, is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Woodbridge, Ontario. This role offers a strong commission-based earning potential and a competitive compensation package.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales, customer service experience, and familiarity with automotive ERP/CRM systems. You will drive vehicle sales, deliver excellent customer service, and advance within our 50-year community-focused group.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years proven sales experience; automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service and the ability to have meaningful conversations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (CDK/Reynolds) and CRM systems (OneEighty, DealerTrack).
• OMVIC license in good standing.
• Driver's license and clean Driver Abstract.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong ability to communicate confidently and professionally (verbal and written).
• Strong attention to detail, organized and strategic.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution.
• A desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment.
• A proven commitment to quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Sell vehicles in an attempt to achieve volume and gross profit targets.
• Act as the liaison between the dealership and the customer during the process of purchasing a vehicle.
• Create and perform compelling sales pitches.
• Actively listen to customers to understand their vehicle needs and wants.
• Present and describe vehicle specifications, features, benefits; pricing.
• Perform vehicle road test-drives with customers to demonstrate the vehicles.
