Job summary

Woodbine GM in Etobicoke, Ontario, part of the Kaizen Automotive Group, is hiring an Automotive Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive new and used vehicle sales.

You’ll engage showroom and online customers, identify needs, present options, and guide them through the full sales process from inquiry to delivery, using strong product knowledge and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with a proven sales mindset.
• Experience in commission-based or target-driven roles.
• Ability to learn and present technical product information.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in showroom, online, and by phone professionally.
• Conduct needs assessments to match customers with the right vehicle.
• Present vehicle features, financing options, and trim levels.
• Guide customers through the full sales cycle from inquiry to delivery.
• Build relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Maintain knowledge of OEM products, incentives, and competitors.
