Northland Volkswagen, part of the AutoCanada family, seeks an experienced Sales Manager in Calgary, AB. Lead the sales strategy for new and pre-owned vehicles, coach a high-performing team, and drive exceptional customer experiences across the buying journey.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of leadership in automotive sales, strong CRM and finance knowledge, and a track record of growing dealership performance in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of automotive sales leadership experience.
• Current or recent experience as a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager within a dealership environment.
• Proven success leading a sales team in a volume-focused dealership.
• Strong knowledge of both new and pre-owned vehicle operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute short-, medium-, and long-term sales objectives for both new and pre-owned departments.
• Develop and implement sales plans that support monthly and annual performance goals.
• Drive successful conversion of internet, showroom, and referral leads into vehicle sales.
• Monitor key performance metrics including sales performance, lead conversion, and customer experience.
• Build and develop a high-performing sales team capable of executing the dealership’s sales strategy.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to support retention and referral business.
• Champion an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales journey.
