Pfaff BMW Mississauga, part of Pfaff Automotive Partners, is seeking an Automotive Sales & Finance Consultant to guide clients through vehicle selection, financing, leasing, and ownership solutions in a luxury setting.

You will build lasting client relationships, present BMW benefits, and collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless purchasing experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales, preferably in luxury brands.
• F&I experience with financing, leasing and protection products.
• OMVIC registration/license is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional luxury vehicle purchasing experience from first contact to delivery.
• Present BMW vehicles, features, and ownership benefits with confidence.
• Prospect, follow up with leads, and develop new sales opportunities.
• Guide clients through financing and leasing options based on their needs.
• Present warranties and protection products.
• Prepare sales and finance documentation accurately and professionally.
• Work with lending partners to support financing solutions.
