Pfaff Automotive Partners is seeking a New Car Sales Representative for BMW Markham in Markham, ON. If you’re passionate about luxury cars and delivering outstanding customer service, this is your chance to join a Fortune 500 retailer and grow with us.

You will greet customers, present vehicles, explain features and financing, prepare vehicles for delivery, and ensure a smooth sales process. An OMVIC license, valid driver’s license, and 1–3 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Automotive luxury vehicle sales experience preferred, but not required.
• 1-3 years experience in a similar role preferred.
• Valid OMVIC license.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.
• Exceptional sales skills and a commitment to sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or lot.
• Generate positive impressions during the shopping and buying experiences by serving customers in a friendly, professional, and prompt manner.
• Provide customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival.
• Deliver vehicle to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as required by the Sales Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.

Primary Responsibilities:
