Job summary

Nurse Chevrolet Cadillac in Whitby, ON is seeking a dynamic Salesperson to guide customers through the vehicle purchase process, from inquiry to finalizing terms and delivery.

With at least 3 years in customer-facing roles and a hunter mindset, you’ll build relationships, negotiate terms, and maintain a database to drive repeat business. This commission-based role is within AutoCanada and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to meet monthly sales objectives.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and move in showroom.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering showroom, maintaining a professional environment.
• Answer questions about new/used cars and financing as a subject‑matter expert.
• Negotiate terms to meet customers' budgets while ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain customer database to drive repeat automotive sales.
• Present vehicles through test drives and walk-throughs.
• Follow dealership standards and policies in the sales process.
