Performance North Nissan, part of Performance Auto Group, is seeking a New Car Sales Consultant in Brampton, ON. You will deliver exceptional service, gain product knowledge, and manage deliveries while complying with OMVIC and company policies.

Candidates should have OMVIC certification, CRM experience, a valid Ontario driver’s license, and strong communication skills. This full-time role offers a commission-based earnings model.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Automotive Sales Experience preferred.
• OMVIC Certification is required.
• Dealer CRM system experience is required.
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
• Strong computer skills.
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability and willingness to be flexible under changing conditions.
• Ability to be creative and persuasive in negotiating.
• Ability to exhibit professionalism with a positive attitude under pressure.
• Well-spoken, friendly and articulate.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service on all interactions and understand customer needs.
• Learn and maintain solid product knowledge on manufacturer vehicles and incentives.
• Project a positive attitude for customers and colleagues.
• Ensure work is thorough, accurate and timely.
• Attend training classes as scheduled by management.
• Answer customer service phone calls related to car sale inquiries.
• Keep customers updated by phone on delivery progress and readiness.
• Follow up with factory/distributors regarding late deliveries.
• Comply with OMVIC regulations and safety standards.
