Sunshine Coast GM on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant. Earn up to 180,000 annually through commissions, with a three-month training guarantee and comprehensive benefits.

We seek self-motivated individuals with sales experience, a passion for customer service, and strong relationship-building skills. BC Class 5 license required; experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in sales with a customer-focused approach.
• BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean record.
• Strong ability to create and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Tech-savvy and able to adopt CRM and selling software.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell new and pre-owned vehicles with a customer-first approach.
• Explain vehicle features, options, and available finance solutions.
• Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Stay knowledgeable about automotive products, programs, and industry trends.
• Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, and follow-up.
• Maintain ongoing communication to build trust and long-term customer relationships.

Compensation:
60 , 000 − 180,000 per year (Commission Based)
