Qualifications

• 1+ years in automotive sales or commission-based sales.

• Strong ability to create and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as DealerSocket or similar.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell new and pre-owned vehicles with a customer-focused approach.
• Educate customers on features, options, and finance solutions.
• Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Stay informed on automotive products, programs, incentives, and industry trends.
• Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, and follow-up.
• Maintain ongoing communication to build trust and long-term relationships.

Who We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in automotive sales or commission‑based sales
• Passion for sales, customer service, and relationship building
• Motivated, professional, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
• Strong ability to create and maintain long‑term customer relationships
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as DealerSocket or similar

Schedule: Full‑Time

Compensation: $80,000-$200,000 per year (Full Commission)
