Job summary

Dilawri Group is seeking a Sales Consultant at Audi Thornhill to join a high-energy automotive sales team. You will follow up on leads, reach monthly targets, and promote new business while expanding the customer base. A strong focus on customer experience will help you exceed expectations and build lasting relationships.

This role emphasizes product knowledge, ongoing training, and achieving department goals within a commission-based compensation structure. Ontario licensing requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers.
• Industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid Ontario driver’s license with 3+ years driving experience.
• Valid OMVIC license is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads from a variety of sources.
• Meet individual and department goals.
• Promote new business and contribute to the company’s customer base by sourcing new customers through prospecting and referrals.
• Provide a superior experience for our customers to exceed their expectations.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and participate in product training available.
• Set goals for each month’s productivity and plan how to reach them.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all vehicle models.
