Qualifications

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.
• Industry experience is preferred for this role.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License with 3+ years driving experience.
• Valid OMVIC license is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on all leads from a variety of sources.
• Meet individual and department goals.
• Promote new business and contribute to the customer base by sourcing new customers.
• Provide a superior experience for customers to exceed expectations.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and participate in product training.
• Set monthly productivity goals and plan how to reach objectives.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all vehicle models.
