Dilawri Group of Companies’ Audi Downtown Vancouver is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role plays a key part in driving dealership growth by cultivating customer relationships, promoting vehicle sales, and contributing to departmental performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on all sales leads from various sources to maximize opportunity.
• Meet and exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
• Promote new business opportunities through prospecting and referral networks.
• Deliver a superior customer experience by understanding client needs and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Maintain strong product knowledge for all vehicle models; participate in available product training.
• Set monthly sales and productivity goals and develop plans to achieve them.
• Build and maintain rapport with customers to support long-term relationships.
• Demonstrate effective negotiation skills to support successful sales outcomes.
• Accurately maintain customer and sales records using computerized systems.
• Adapt quickly to sales processes and market changes within the automotive industry.
• Follow through on leads and ensure timely closing of sales.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure strong overall dealership performance.
• Uphold high levels of professionalism, work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
